Digital products

Because our guides are digital downloads delivered instantly, we are unable to offer refunds once a file has been downloaded or accessed. This is consistent with your rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, which permit the exclusion of the right to cancel for digital content once download has begun.

Non-delivery

If you did not receive your guide after purchase, please contact us within 7 days and we will resend it immediately at no charge.

Exceptional circumstances

If you believe you have been charged in error or experienced a technical fault that prevented access, please contact us via our contact page within 14 days. We review each case individually and will always try to find a fair resolution.

Free community

Joining a community is free and no payment is taken. There is nothing to refund.
