By accessing or purchasing from The Undimmed, you agree to the following terms.

Our products

The Undimmed sells digital PDF guides and provides access to free online communities. All guides are delivered electronically — there is no physical product.

Payment

All prices are shown in GBP. Payments are processed securely by Shopify. We accept Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.

Digital downloads

Upon successful payment, your PDF guide will be emailed to you immediately via our delivery partner (Pendora). Please ensure your email address is correct at checkout. If you do not receive your download within 30 minutes, contact us and we will resend it.

Community access

Joining a community is free. We reserve the right to remove access for any member who violates community guidelines, including but not limited to abusive behaviour, spam, or misuse.

Intellectual property

All content — guides, text, branding — is owned by The Undimmed. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or resell any content without written permission.

Limitation of liability

The Undimmed provides informational and community content only. It is not a substitute for professional medical, legal, or financial advice. We accept no liability for decisions made based on content from our guides or communities.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
